Kenneth N. Perkins Obituary

Ken Perkins, beloved Father, Grandfather, Brother and Friend, passed away on January 26, 2024. He was born on November 14, 1938 in Denver, Colorado, and spent his childhood in Iowa before settling in Corona, where he resided since 1947.Ken was a skilled tradesman, working as both a carpenter and pipe fitter throughout his career. His passion for the outdoors was evident in his love for fishing, hunting and camping. He found solace and joy in tinkering with projects in his garage, always eager to explore and create.In his later years, Ken embraced retirement and cherished his role of being a stay-at-home Grandpa. He adored spending time with his grandchildren, Cody Flores and April Flores, creating lasting memories filled with love and laughter.Ken is survived by his sisters Karen Bell and Barbara Rice, sister-in-law Adreinne Dixon, daughters Liz Dorret and Eilene Perkins Flores and a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins and other cherished family members. He was predeceased by his wife Michele Perkins and his sister Jeanine Dobson.His warm smile, kind heart and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his memory forever live on in our hearts.A memorial service will be held in his honor on Sunday, April 14th at 11 AM at Thomas Miller Mortuary, 1118 East 6th Street, Corona, CA.
