George Fidel Negrete Obituary

George was born on April 23, 1936, to Cirilo Negrete and Trinidad Belmontez in San Dimas, Ca. He grew up in La Verne and graduated Bonita High School in 1955. He enlisted in the army and was stationed in Korea for 3 years. He married Antonia Placencia in June 1958, and they were married for 61 years until her passing on March 10, 2019. George leaves behind 3 daughters Sylvia Gonzales, Gloria Cabrera (John), and Anna Jaure (Paul Sr.). 9 grandchildren Joey Rosales (Teresa), Robert, Victor, and Gabriel Gonzales. Stephanie Prichard (Chris) and John Cabrera Jr. Chrisanta and Paul Jaure Jr. and Veronica Valdez (Gabriel) and great grandchildren, Sienna and Mia Rosales, CJ and Sophia Prichard and Roxy, Scarlett, and Damien Valdez. And also 11 siblings. George enjoyed camping, fishing, and traveling with his wife Toni.George was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who will be missed. We love you, Dad.Funeral services will be held Monday Apri 8, 2024 at 10:30am at Todds Memorial Chapel.
